california desert shrubs for gardening

Sometimes the backyard garden doesn't work for everyone. Even as children, we used to blow the small parachute seeds to watch them go into the sky.

Make sure you label your mixture with the recommended use, date and ingredients. A covered but sunny spot in your garden will be just perfect for planting. Remember that many drought-tolerant plants can also take being in poor-to-average soil.

If you have a local quarry, then you should go and hand pick all your rocks. Make sure to purchase the seeds from the nurseries or catalogs. Nectar is a good way to get hummingbirds to show up.

A good rule for watering is to check the soil and if it is dry then add water. The fall planting will be short, so remember that when fall time comes around.
